Our promise

LESTI is here to provide a solution to clients to achieve their dream home, without compromise. Taking the burden of finishing a property away from the client, so that it is fully ready to move in to, LESTI allows the client to carry on with their life confident in the knowledge that their home will be finished to a high standard, and within the timescale they need. Because LESTI offers a high level of service and quality of product, it will not undertake only part of the package due to the fact LESTI would then not have control on the quality of the other works being undertaken, which could impact unfairly on its own reputation.

It is for this reason why teams both locally and from across Europe are used, to ensure that this superior workmanship is achieved. I have also found that quality attracts quality, ensuring that high standards are maintained.

Project management philosophy

Client relationships are key, and at the heart of this is maintaining a professional relationship throughout the project, not just at the beginning. At the start of our relationship we will have a face to face meeting with you to agree on the home you would like. As part of this we will agree the project's overall timescale with you, and at each of the key stages on that schedule we will communicate our progress so that you can see the delivery of your home giving you the confidence in your home's preparation, and removing there being any surprises.
